Return window
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
Eligibility
To be accepted, items must be unused, in original packaging, returned within 30 days, and include your order number.
How to return
Email support@velvth.com with your order number. We'll reply within 24 hours with a return authorization. Pack the item securely and ship it back with a trackable carrier.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of inspection, back to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our error.
Exchanges
Defective or damaged items are replaced free of charge — contact us within 48 hours with photos. For a different size or colour, return the original and place a new order.
Non-returnable
Customised products, worn or washed items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Questions
How long does a refund take?
5–7 business days after inspection, plus 3–5 days for your bank to post it.
Do you provide return labels?
Only for our errors. Otherwise return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos — we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Can I return an international order?
Yes, within 30 days. Return shipping and any customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
