After 30 days, we cannot accept returns. Please ensure you try on items carefully and keep all original packaging.

• Original packaging must be included and undamaged
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Sale items and customized products cannot be returned

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size, please contact us first to check availability.
